Prezada Srª Sherri, Obrigada pela sua avaliação, e no que concerne os seus comentários, um conceito diferente de habitar e viver, poderá ser sempre estranho para as outras pessoas, por ser encontrar na suíte, e sendo ela, um espaço para um casal, acho muito estranho dizer que " não teve privacidade". Em todo caso, também tinha a sua disposição outra casa de banho que poderia suprir outras necessidades que se mantinham no seu conceito. No que diz respeito as toalhas, provavelmente não encontrou as restantes que foram deixadas para vosso uso, que por norma são disponibilizadas 2 toalhas por pessoa, mas, em todo caso poderia ter me contactado, tal situação tb não aconteceu, e solicitado mais toalhas, teria todo o gosto em atender o seu pedido, apesar de não sermos um hotel com serviços de quarto. Sobre o pano de cozinha, também foram deixados mais do que um exemplar para vosso uso, talvez tenha sido por isso que deixaram a vossa louça suja por lavar apesar de terem a disposição uma máquina de lavar louça com detergente, tal como o lixo produzido deixado nos caixotes. With regard to beach items, we do not provide towels, but we always make them available for you to take to the beach: umbrella, chairs, windbreakers and racquets to play with. About the washing machine's instruction manual, we don't have it available, we should be provide in the future, and I want to left an appointment about the machines, the washing machine has all the programs in English, which makes it easier to use, and that at the end of its stay it is broken. - the television, your issue was with the volume, which was perfectly normal, when we checked the facilities.
