The appartment was not very clean, there were fatty marks on the cupboards and the floors were not cleaned properly. Internet was a problem as we kept getting thrown off the network. Toilet didn't flush properly. Price is overrated.

L'appartement est confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, salle de bains, salon, et chambres...Il est pratique, moderne et calme à cette période. J'encourage néanmoins le propriétaire à faire quelques travaux d'entretien : peinture, portes à réparer ainsi que la lunette des WC. Le son de la télé est inaudible...Si tous ces petits travaux étaient faits, ce serait parfait....

War fĂŒr ein paar Tage Ok

Das GebĂ€ude ist Hotelartig aufgebaut die Zimmer sind Ă€hnlich, daher nicht immer unbedingt 1:1 mit den Fotos identisch. - Anlage wirkt heruntergekommen (fĂŒgt sich in das Gesamtbild vom Ort ein) - Die Zimmer haben wir selbst desinfiziert und gereinigt (Staub, Haare) - WĂ€nde und TĂŒrrahmen sind sehr dreckig - Der Sessel muss weg der verliert seine Kunstlederschicht / kein Urlaubsfeeling - Toilette muss dringend entkalkt werden und der Kleiderhaken an der TĂŒr getauscht - Die ganzen Rohre und die Gastherme könnte man verkleiden damit man diese nicht sehen muss - LĂŒftung im WC und Hauptraum laufen durchgehend auch nachts - WĂ€schestĂ€nder auf dem Balkon ist durchgerostet - Bett hĂ€ngt unten schon durch - Doppelbett ist fĂŒr kleine Menschen / wo eine 5. Person schlafen sollte, ist mir ein RĂ€tsel - Parken war die ersten Tage sehr gut möglich, ab Freitag hat man gar keine ParkplĂ€tze mehr gefunden - Restaurants sind fĂŒr die Lage und QualitĂ€t sehr teuer (~ Spagetti 13 €, Caesar Salat 17 €) + Freundliches Personal + Die Tiefgarage ist nicht wie einige Personen schreiben nur fĂŒr kleine Autos. Ein Skoda Kodiaq hatte genĂŒgend Platz - unsere Tiefgaragen in den NRW-StĂ€dten sind genauso eng + 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Meer / Sandstrand + Plopsaland De Panne ist sehr schön / Belgien ist nur 8 PKW-Minuten entfernt

Appartement fonctionnel et propre, bien situé facile d'accÚs. Personnel accueillant qui a trÚs bien expliqué. Parfait pour 4 personnes. Un petit bémol pour la porte de la salle de bain qui ne fermait pas trÚs bien et l'extracteur qui faisait du bruit. Manquait juste une petite tenture pour l'espace "coin couchage enfants". Le fait que tout le linge ainsi que le nettoyage soit compris est trÚs appréciable. Parfait pour une ou deux nuits.
