About this property

Unwind on the rooftop deck with sweeping water views. Modern style meets historic charm in this two-story, 1896 heritage conversion loft. Soak up the 15-foot ceilings and original exposed brick wall complimented by local art and stylish furnishings.

The historic Leiser Building is nestled in the heart of old Victoria, half a block from Victoria's vibrant waterfront. Explore Chinatown, browse Johnson street's boutiques, or enjoy a farm-to-table dining experience—all steps away.

There is a very comfortable queen-size bed located in the upstairs loft. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room which can accommodate two additional guests. The suite offers an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a 55-inch flat screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

There is no parking on the property, but there is a public garage directly across the street with reasonable rates. Pets are permitted with my prior approval.
