We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too.

Condo Complex- The Summit Condos of Gatlinburg offers outdoor pool (seasonal), indoor pool and hot tub year round, washer/dryer (pay) and in main clubhouse area, playground, seating with views, game room (pay) and in main clubhouse area.

The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA.
