Bonnet Shores - Private Neighborhood Beach - Built in 2009 - Central Air

This new Garrison colonial was built in 2009 and features hardwood floors, granite kitchen and bathroom counters, stainless appliances and central air. It has all of the extras - high-speed internet, a blender, food processor, ceiling fans and an outdoor shower. The house has three bedrooms, all on the second floor. There is also a queen-sized Murphy bed in the all-purpose room. The king-sized bed can be converted into two twin beds.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
