Bonnet Shores - Private Neighborhood Beach - Built in 2009 - Central Air

This new Garrison colonial was built in 2009 and features hardwood floors, granite kitchen and bathroom counters, stainless appliances and central air. Located in the Bonnet Shores community, this house provides passes to Kelly Beach! With just a short one mile distance to the beach, you can either walk or enjoy a nice bike ride. The house has three bedrooms, all on the second floor. Two full baths, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Enjoy the peaceful outdoor space which includes a deck, outdoor dining/seating with an umbrella, gas grill, outdoor shower and spacious yard. Close to markets, restaurants, coffee and local attractions!

*Winter and/or Academic Rental Properties: Listed amenities may differ; owners retain the right to remove and or winterize specific amenities (i.e. outdoor furniture, grills, outdoor showers). Utilities are not included. Linens are not included. All leases are subject to rubbish removal and cleaning fees.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
