This home is located within close walking distance to family friendly Roger Wheeler (Sand Hill Cove) Beach. Features include hardwood floors, large bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen, 2 full), two full bathroom, central air and a roomy deck off the back of the house. Bright and beachy furniture and decor!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made prior to arrival (bed-making is only provided once; multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation fee and all applicable state and local tax.

GREAT Vacation home!!

This house was GREAT!! It is well cared for and spacious, with plenty of room for 8+ adults. There is plenty of parking, a great yard, and large back deck. The neighborhood is wonderful, the neighbors are friendly, with plenty of kids around, and folks out & about, walking their dogs, biking, etc. The location is perfect-short walk to the Roger Wheeler beach, as well as several area restraurants.

Steps to the beach

We enjoyed this home with plenty of rooms and space. The layout was perfect for large groups as well as the deck and the outdoor shower was a bonus!

Great for families

As expected, as shown, clean, great layout with large bedroom and full bath on main floor then 4 bedrooms upstairs with large full bath, easy walk to the beach with kids
