This home is located within close walking distance to family friendly Roger Wheeler (Sand Hill Cove) Beach. Features include hardwood floors, large bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen, 2 full), two full bathroom, central air and a roomy deck off the back of the house. Bright and beachy furniture and decor!
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made prior to arrival (bed-making is only provided once; multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation fee and all applicable state and local tax.
