In the secure residence ‘Les Jardins de Portiragnes’, just 5 minutes' walk from the sea and close to the shops, come and discover this charming holiday villa with a large terrace planted with trees, private parking and access to the communal swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September).

Composition of the house:

Ground floor:
- Bright living room with equipped kitchenette
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190
- Shower room with walk-in shower with washing machine
- Separate WC

First floor:
- open mezzanine with 2 single beds 90x190
- Mobile air conditioning for greater comfort

Outside :
- Attractive 39 m² wooded and fully fenced terrace with awning for meals in the shade
- Garden furniture, bench, 1 deckchairs, parasol, mobile barbecue

Facilities :
Fridge, mini-oven, microwave, washing machine, flat-screen TV, hoover, coffee maker, mobile air conditioning upstairs.
HOUSEHOLD INCLUDED - Small pets accepted (+€20/week and 2 max on request)

Man hat uns nicht zu dem Objekt begleitet, dann wäre wohl auch der Agentur der üble Kanalgeruch aus der Dusche aufgefallen. Wir haben dies gleich am Montag reklamiert, ein Mitarbeiter kam dann auch und versuchte mit einem Rohrreiniger das Problem zu beheben. Half aber nur kurzfristig. Hier muß man tatsächlichmal gründlich herangehen. Andere Gäste dieser Anlage kannten dieses Problem nicht. Das Haus hatte auch eine Klimaanlage, sehr löblich bei diesen Temperaturen, nur funktionierte die Fernbedienung nicht. Also sinnlos.
