Agréable appartement

Logement conforme à la description. Les 5 salles de bain ont été très pratiques pour les 11 personnes. Logement bien équipé, il manquait juste peut être un lave linge... et une TV un peu plus grande avec une télécommande correcte, mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances.

Good location, great views

We stayed in April 2022 for a family ski holiday. The apartment has a very good and spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area (although the sofas were re-covered in the photos to make them look smarter than they actually are) and a great balcony with very nice views of Tignes and the lake. The 5 bedrooms are very small but each have their own bathroom. We were a group of 8 but the apartment would feel crowded if there were 10 of you. The kitchen is really well equipped but the oven was not working when we were there which created an issue for us. There was also quite a lot of other maintenance needed (eg a radiator had come off the wall, some of the bathroom drains were blocked), which has been mentioned in other reviews as well. The owner was very good to deal with but the property managers who were in resort less so. Overall it is a good apartment very well located for both Tignes-le-Lac and Tignes Val Claret (the bus stop to both is less than 100m away) but for the money would benefit from some maintenance.

Bonjour Le chalet était dans un état correct. Cependant on est loin d’un chalet haut de gamme comme prétendu !! Beaucoup de pièces étaient en mauvais état (fenêtre qui ferme mal, portes dégradées, meubles en mauvais état…)

Tres bon séjour

Logement conforme a l'annonce. propre et bien placé. La 6eme chambre est une toute petite pièce sans fenêtre. Il n'y a pas de congélateur. et surtout il n'y a pas de lave linge. ce qui est assez problématique quand la laverie est a 1km et peu facile d'accès et pas pratique. au moins 2 douches "étaient défectueuses . les poires de douche ne tenaient pas correctement Dommage

Lovely property, well equipped,good location although not ski in ski out.

We arrived early, as France closed its boarders to the British because of covid. Fabienne arranged it so we could come in 2 days early which was fantastic. It did take me quite some time to get hold of her before we arrived, but I think the chaos around covid meant everything was quite difficult. The apartment is very central for apres ski and was clean and well stocked. Lovely big communal room with big windows and lots of sofas. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of chairs, plates etc. Fun having a sauna although the subsequent reduction in size of the 6 bedroom means it is basically a cupboard with no window, which was just about ok for a child. We got the bus in the morning which was very easy and skied (with quite a slippery clamber down at the end) or got the bus back. Our general feeling was that with a little bit of attention to some details (leaking shower doors, lack of light bulbs and some bedside lights, unmade beds, very blunt knives, teeny amounts of toilet roll and washing up stuff etc.) it could be and feel even nicer and the rooms are great but very small. We had a great time in the apartment though and were so happy to have had a skiing holiday at all.
