Gîte in an old house (exposed beams), close to the owners. Enclosed garden of 550 m² with covered terrace (deck chairs). 2 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes available.
Living room/living room (insert fireplace), fitted kitchen, laundry room, 2 bedrooms. (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds), bathroom (Italian shower), separate WC. Equip. extra: flat screen, DVD player, stereo, tumble dryer, freezer, baby bed and high chair. Included: sheets (beds made), towels/household linen (including bathrobes), wood. Not included: electric heating. from September 15 to May 1 (12€/day or by meter reading). Le Mans 20 km, Alençon 25 km. To see: Cité Plantagenêt, St Julien cathedral and Le Mans museums... Internet.

accueil très bref et pas très chaleureux Le gite aurait besoin d'un bon coup de rafraichissement surtout pour les chambres odeur puissante de renfermé et tâches de moisi aux 4 coins des murs. gîte très isolé et rien à vister aux alentours. De plus le chèque de caution ne nous a pas été restitué !!! Très deçu

Gite très bien équipé, fort bien amménagé, situé dans un endroit exceptionnellement calme. Quant à nos hotes il doit etre difficile de faire mieux, aimables, aux petits soins, délicates attentions lors de notre arrivéé (bouquet de fleurs et un pot des meilleures rilletes sarthoises) nous y retournerons très certainement. Brabo à eux.
