Serenity at it’s Finest

Property is one of the cleanest, best equipped and comfortably furnished - that we have ever stayed . It is a very good value for the money. Very quiet and peaceful, beautiful sunset views of the rolling hills and dense tree coverage. Everything and place you want to experience is only 15 to 20 minutes away, very easy driving. The Manager ( Jeremy ) is extremely professional, and helpful in every way. It is very apparent that the host desires a great experience for the visitor; a rack of 25-30 coffee Kcups ( at least 8 different blends ), 2 bags of ice in the freezer, multiple different fine tea bag blends, all required fundamental spices for cooking - the list goes on and on. Beds, sofa, lounge chairs, lamps top rate - you actually look forward to using them. When you arrive, you will want for NOTHING. If you can not relax here, then you need to face facts - you are not a person able to relax.

Great little house, clean, and amazing views

Great little house with amazing views! Everything was very clean and the host was very responsive. The beds were amazingly comfortable! By far the best VRBO beds I’ve slept on. Only commentary I’ll make is a few of the reviews are outdated when talking about how well appointed the kitchen and house are. I’d say it’s got an average stocking for kitchen cooking stuff. This is not negative in my opinion but just don’t want folks to think this is a chefs stocked type of kitchen. You can do what you need to do, but bring your own spices, oils, etc. also, there is no outdoor grill. Again, it’s a great house with a killer view!

Beautiful View

We wanted a place to just relax, unwind and area where we could explore the Texas cities of San Antonio, Austin, Fredericksburg and New Braunfels. This was perfect!
