The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.
Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and Kapiolani Park from the lanai (balcony) of this high-level suite. There is only one floor above this unit - the view is fantastic. It is the best place to watch ships go by or catch a vibrant sunset.

This ocean view Waikiki rental unit is tiled throughout - clean and sanitary. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room. Kitchen includes refrigerator, range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and other kitchen wares. This kitchen was remodeled and has updated cabinets and granite countertops.

Convenient sleeping arrangements include one Queen size bed and one Full size bed in the bedroom, along with a sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a kitchen table with chairs for eating meals together. The bathroom is also remodeled with new cabinets and countertops.

Amazing stay

I’ve stayed in numerous Banyan propeties in the past and this has the best view! Easy communication with the property manager and the staff are always pleasant. I already recommended this property to a friend. Definitely worth booking if you’re looking for an amazing spot near all things in Waikiki

The View!

Only a short walk to Waikiki Beach, great view of Diamond Head, ocean, and city landscape. The unit was very cleaned , included plenty of towels, and a complete equipped kitchen. The building itself was well maintained, front desk friendly personnel, small market on site, and a pay washer and dryer on the floor, which was very handy.. Would highly recommend and would come back again!

Place was great. Kitchen needs updating. Toaster only toasts one side of bread. One burner on stove didn’t work.

Great location!

We were located on the 37th and not the 23rd like the advertisement said. That being said, the views were stunning! So maybe they should update the details to include that detail. The property is well maintained and felt clean and refreshed, making our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The location is very close to the beach with amenities, like groceries or hot spots like Leonard's or Rainbow drive in for example, close by. The added benefit of free parking when parking in Waikiki is s premium was also beneficial. It is a bit confusing to get in to park due to all the one way roads, so it's good to check with the front desk to get directions before attempting to enter. We would definitely return to this location and highly recommend for others to stay here.

This was not the room I booked it was on 37th floor I booked a condo on 23rd floor as my grand daughter is a feat of heights. The condo is old and smells. We did not have a parking permit until the 3rd day, had to call and leave message paid for towel service had to call and leave message. Ran out of garbage bags, no cleaning supplies to clean room upon departure I do not recommend going through this owner. I have stayed at this hotel as a hotel room and the rooms are very well kept by the banyon, very disappointed, stay somewhere else through VRBO if you have to

Perfect stay!

First of all, I NEVER sleep well when I travel, but I think this was the best sleep I've gotten in a long time. The beds were so comfy. The space was clean and even more spacious than I assumed from the listing. It was also in a neighborhood that was close to a lot of really fun spots.

Our stay was great. It was annoying that there was no alarm clock or outlet to charge our phones by the bedside, but overall, it was excellent. Be sure to take out insurance on your rental car; the parking garage spaces are very tight!

Fantastic View + Great Sleeping Options

We loved being on the 37th floor (not the 23rd) and also having 3 beds (including the sofa bed). The ocean view was amazing. Even high up, we could still hear some street noise, but that's Waikiki. Great location close to Kapahulu Ave. Also loved very generous late checkout time. The biggest downside was the air conditioner in the main room smelled very mildewy even after maintenance cleaned the filter. Smell was so strong we couldn't turn that AC on. Also we tried to check into the room right at 4 pm using our code, but electronic lock had not yet been activated. If we'd known it wasn't going to be activated right at 4 pm, we would've gone to the Koko Resorts office first since we arrived slightly early, at about 3:45. Management company staff v nice & accommodating, though. Be aware-no beach towels provided.
