This sunny 3 bedroomed, recently renovated, 140m² apartment is situated in the much sought after area of La Basse Californie in Avenue Roi Albert.This small residence is gated and secure. Parking for 2 cars.
Spacious, well equipped, with a south facing terrace overlooking Les Iles de Lerins and the bay of Cannes. Fantastic view. Cannes center and the sandy beaches are about 15 minutes walk away. Shops and restaurants just a short walk away.
Ideal for attending business meetings in Cannes or for a family holiday.
3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms have ensuite bath/shower rooms. 2 double beds, 2 single and excellent sofa bed in the living room.
Please note that linen is not included but linen hire can be arranged prior to arrival.
