Bal Harbour cottage is located in Wiley Bay on Lake Rosseau. Five minutes by boat to JW Marriott and Clevelands House. Gorgeous lake views and western exposure displaying the perfect Muskoka sunsets.

PROPERTY,
BAL HARBOUR - As you make your way up to the cottage a new front deck greets you as well as new landscaping at the front entrance. Gorgeous NEW 3 slip boathouse with expansive dock, living quarters above, upper kitchenette and huge upper deck. 6 loungers, 2 umbrellas and 4 Muskoka chairs on dock. Plenty of seating on the upper boathouse deck. Lower lounge with lots of seating in boathouse with two mini fridges and a large TV.

Walk up a few steps from the great room to find a modern kitchen. All Miele appliances, including built-in coffee-maker, steamer, microwave, oven, and stove-top.
