Perfect modern villa short drive from Pinarello beach
We had a wonderful time in this villa, everything in the kitchen, bedrooms & garden looks brand new, clean and modern. The kitchen has all the appliances that you need, and there is a choice of gas or charcoal barbecue outside. All the windows and doors are fitted with insect screens perfect for my insect hating family! TVs in the living room and bedrooms, great internet (we streamed with no problem from Fire Sticks). Nice size swimming pool for a refreshing dip.
Within walking distance of the property is a great restaurant (la Pescheria), a cash machine (at la Poste), two supermarkets (Super U and Spar), a bakery, a butcher etc and yet when you are at the villa it feels like you are in the middle of the countryside, all you can see is trees and mountains, and its very peaceful. The beach at Pinarello, which we thought was equivalent in beauty to Palombaggia and has free parking, is a 5 minute drive away and and has a lot of watersport options, my son went jetskiing. Porto Vecchio is a 20 minute drive.
Nothing really negative to say except no aircon in the bedrooms however apart from one unusually hot night we really didn't need this as each have shutters and/or insect screens.. The aircon in the living room was fine if you told it to swing!
And follow the instructions to take the first tarmac road on the left (which is just after the top of a small hill) and ignore the first two gravel roads on the left. Manon who greets you there is lovely. Would definitely stay again
