Between Touraine and Berry, in the Brenne Natural Park, we will welcome you to our gîte bordered by a river (not enclosed) where you can fish. 10 minutes from the Haute Touche animal park and La Roche-Posay (spa) and 15 minutes from the town of Le Blanc. House located at the exit of a village at the back of our house. On the ground floor: living room / equipped kitchen / lounge area - bathroom / separate toilet / laundry room (washing machine). On the half floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds and baby bed) - bathroom - separate toilet. Oil heating (flat rate of €8 per day). Terrace. Large plot of land, partly enclosed, adjoining the owner's house (garden furniture, barbecue). Possibility of parking a vehicle in the courtyard. Horseback riding in Bossay-sur-Claise 7km away. Water sports, swimming and fishing in Bellebouche 30km away. Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - Sheets: €15.96 per stay - Sheet for small bed: €15.96 per stay - End of stay cleaning: €47.87 per stay Property managed by a professional.
