Excellent location not far from the hub of pacific beach but not in the middle of it in a way that’s loud or disruptive. Incredible views. Right in front of main surfing area in Pacific Beach. Apartment has been nicely modernized.

Perfect Monthly Stay!

Stayed for a couple months and could not have been happier! Paul was very responsive, a great host and provided everything we could need for our stay. The bed was so comfortable and the large window in the living room was breathtaking.. so many sunsets & dolphin views! Can not rave about this place enough - would love to stay again!

Perfect stay

Paul's place is even better in person than it is online. I had a long term stay and felt right at home. Can't beat the view. Paul was very responsive to any requests. Very comfortable and clean accommodations and the location is unbeatable.

Million dollar window

Wow is this a special place! The window looking at the beach is incredible….the best view to watch the surfers and sunsets. Paul is a wonderful host. I highly recommend staying here as it is one of the best VRBOs I have stayed at.
