Nous avons apprécié cette spacieuse maison avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la ville de Royan. Nous étions également contents de la proximité de la plage qui permettait à nos petites filles d'aller seules se baigner.

Très belle maison emplacement idéale

La maison est idéalement placée, plage, marché et centre ville à pieds. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en équipement. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end.Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement au regard du prix et pour les draps et serviettes c'est en plus.

Royan à nos pieds

Un des points forts de cette maison, se sont les terrasses. Le soir au coucher du soleil, le matin ou l'après midi la vue sur Royan est belle, avec en fond la mer. Il y a aussi le confort, l'espace et la propreté de cette maison. La concièrgerie est réactive, aimable et efficace. Il y a de nombreuses ballades à faire à pied à partir de la maison. jean marc Je recommande cette location.

Excellent séjour dans la villa Bellevue

Nous étions 10 (6 adultes, 2 adolescents, 2 enfants) et avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa est grande, confortable et bien équipée. Parfaitement située à 100 mètres de la grand plage (Grande Conche), et à proximité du centre ville de Royan. On a garé 3 voitures sans problème. Très bonnes relations avec le service de conciergerie qui a été efficace et réactif.

Points forts : Maison spacieuse idéalement située dans le calme quartier du parc. Vue magnifique depuis la terrasse du haut. Les terrasses au RDJ et RDC sont très agréables. Points faibles : Une salle de bain était indisponible tout notre séjour (pb plomberie), sans dédommagement proposé. Manque d'équipement dans la maison : par exemple, 12 assiettes pour une maison pour 10 pers, pas de parasol sur la terrasse. Les terrasses sont équipées (tables et chaises) pour 4/6 ou 8 pers, mais pas pour 10.

Cette villa idéalement située à 100 m de la grande plage de Royan, et proche du centre nous a permis de passer un séjour très agréable. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied et vélo. La villa est parfaite, sur 3 niveaux elle convient à des personnes un peu sportives..... Le toit terrasse est idéal pour les soirées avec une vue exceptionnelle. L'accès en voiture est juste un peu étroit et nécessite quelques manoeuvres...... en bref très satisfait

Lieu et logement super.

Top logement.Top accueil par Thierry de la conciergerie. Top du top: le solarium sur le toit de la villa. Endroit calme dans le quartier du parc, proche de la mer que l´on admire du solarium, des commerces de 1ere nécessite et de la petite halle du parc. Sejour réussi. Petits bémols. Communication avec la conciergerie pas toujours évidente. Deux éviers bouchés à notre arrivée et deux matelas tachés non signalés . Poubelles pleines à notre arrivée.
