Charming Eco-Friendly Retreat: Modern 3BR Home with Terrace and Large Orchard Near Parks and Activities
Superb achievement with a contemporary design and atmosphere.
This cottage, completely renovated in 2015, is located in the ecovillage of Ville sur Yron, in the Lorraine Regional Natural Park.
Discovery circuit of the ecovillage, Plein champ museum.
Every year in May, Festival Caméra des Champs, a documentary film festival on rurality.
Cinemas and Aquapôle swimming pool in Jarny 6 km away.
Chambley Planet Air 10 km away, Metz (Centre Pompidou) 25 km away, Lake Madine 30 km away, Pont-à-Mousson 38 km away and Verdun 40 km away. Ground floor: 53 m² living room with various bay windows opening onto the terrace.
Laundry room. Separate toilet.
Bedroom (2 beds 90x200) with private bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Sheets and cleaning included in the price.

The 2500 m² orchard will allow you to reach the banks of the Yron and the hiking trail of the four horizons. In the village, children's playground, 2 bowling greens, skate park.
