Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in this pleasant, fully renovated family home of 120m2, located in the heart of Etel.

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach, shops and town centre, all within walking distance.

On the ground floor, a large, very bright living area opens onto a loggia space where you can enjoy a meal whilst taking in the view of the garden. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. A bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and separate WC complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with 4 beds and a bathroom.

The garden at the rear of the house offers an appreciated relaxation space, perfect for enjoying a good book comfortably settled or making the most of sunny afternoons.

Famous for its notorious bar (mobile sandbank that makes access to the Etel estuary delicate), Etel is a fishing port once specialised in tuna fishing. Its local museum retraces this epic in a gripping manner and describes with talent its significant maritime heritage. Etel is now a seaside resort highly appreciated for its beaches and water activities. Surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, paddleboarding – here you have plenty of choice. As for quality of life, its weekly market is, in summer, one of the most important in the region and its port is the perfect place to enjoy a drink or dine in a privileged setting.
