Points positifs : -emplacement top++++ -propreté de l'appartement -Immeuble typique de Paris très joli -Appartement refait à neuf -Serviettes, produits de toilette, draps, coussins à dispositions -Réactivité/communication de l'agence ou propriétaire -bien équipé (sauf taille des lits doubles trop petit) Points négatifs : -une chambre sans fenêtre!! (pas précisé dans l'annonce) il faisait très chaud. Il y a effectivement 2 chambres dans ce logement mais une chambre n'a pas de fenêtre et donc pour la luminosité ils ont mis en haut du mur une paroie vitrée entre les deux chambres qui sont séparées par une fine cloison. -Bruyant car donne sur rue très passante (je conseille de privilégier un appartement donnant sur cour) -Taille des lits doubles très petit c'est dommage En fait, Le propiétaire a départagé un grand appartement en 3 logements donc vous rentrez par une porte d'appartement puis vous avez 3 portes simples comme celle d'une chambre dont une est votre logement ce fut bizarre et du coup on entendait la porte claquée quand les autres rentraient et sortaient bref c'était bizarre. Nous avons passé quand même un bon séjour dans ce logement mais j'ai trouvé le prix beaucoup trop élevé pour ce type de logement qui finalement a quand même quelques inconvénients/défauts.
