Laundry room with a sink, an extra shower and a washing machine. 600m² garden with barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture. PARKING for 2 vehicles in the rental. END OF STAY CLEANING AND HOUSEHOLD LINEN MANDATORY (Bed linen, hand towels, bath mat, kitchen linen).
