Situated in the heart of the Axon countryside between Reims and Château-Thierry, just 1h30 from Paris, the 3* classified Gîte de la Prévôté is the ideal place for a reunion with family or friends, with its 2,000 m² enclosed garden. Hiking, sightseeing and discovering the vineyards and cellars of Champagne are all on the agenda! The 200m² house can accommodate up to 10 people, and comprises a living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, 4 bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom. Private parking. The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- Fully-equipped modern kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker... Dining table for enjoying meals with family and friends.
- Dining room with large family table for convivial meals by the fire. The wood-burning fireplace is supplied.
- Living room with two large sofas, fireplace, TV (over 300 channels, including Netflix, thanks to fiber optics), DVD player and several DVDs for children.
- Bedroom 1: Two single beds
- Bathroom with sink, storage and shower
- Separate toilet.
- Access to garden and terrace from ground floor.

First floor:
An attractive landing leads up a wooden staircase to the 1st floor. The latter is served by a beautiful landing room with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside.
- Bedroom 2: Large master bedroom with double bed (160 x 190 cm), washbasin and wardrobe. A second children's bedroom with a single bed is accessible from the master bedroom.
- Bedroom 3: Very large room with double bed (160x190 cm) and a independent baby area, equipped with a cot and changing table, wardrobe and decorative fireplace.

If you wish to come by car, you will be able to park in the private parking lots.

- Motorway access A4 Château Thierry exit. To reach the gîte de la Prévôté, take the local road to Favières, where you'll find a single house, your destination.
