About this property

Spacious vacation home in the garden of a villa with a 4-star swimming pool

Located in Villelongue dels Monts, in the heart of the Albères, the cottage enjoys a privileged location to discover the Mediterranean coast, the magnificent Catalan hinterland and the nearby Spain.
Very easy to access, our accommodation is ideally located in a quiet area, 15 minutes from the A9 motorway (Le Boulou exit) and 15 minutes from the beaches of Argelès.

Very bright living room with sofa bed allowing for extra sleeping.
On request, we can provide you with a travel cot.

New kitchen very well equipped. Electric plancha available.
A large independent and bright bedroom (1 bed 160) equipped with air conditioning.
A beautiful bathroom with Italian shower. Separate toilet.

The cottage opens onto its private south-facing terrace, facing the swimming pool (10 x 5 m heated from May to the end of October) and facing the Albères massif.
Outdoor table and chairs on the private terrace, not overlooked by the owners.
Relaxing furniture by the pool.

Secure parking space in the property, which can accommodate car with motorcycle caravan for example.
Access to the cottage is on the side side of our house.

Bed linen and kitchen linen (tea towels and hand towels) is provided and changed once a week, the beds are ready on your arrival.

Towels and beach towels can be provided for an additional fee.

The pool is serviced once every 2/3 days and access is shared with the owners.

We are happy to welcome the spa guests of the Boulou spa resort. (15 minutes by car)

Au pied des Alberes

Très bon séjour dans une maison impeccable, bien située, avec une vue magnifique sur les Alberes, propriétaires très sympathiques, la piscine et la climatisation ont ete grandement appreciees sur cette semaine de canicule. Je recommande vivement.

Tout simplement parfait !

Lorsque Anne-Marie et Dominique vous reçoivent dans leur magnifique gîte neuf, il ne manque rien ! Tout y est prévu, jusqu'au moindre ustensile, pour se sentir comme chez soi. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles en permanence, sans jamais s'imposer. La piscine est parfaite. Le jardin est féérique : fleurs et arbres fruitiers sont entretenus et taillés avec soin. Le village est très calme. Et pourtant proche (10 kms) des plages et restaurants de la Côte Vermeille, mais aussi des premiers contreforts des Pyrénées. Nous y avons séjourné 2 belles semaines. A conseiller sans réserve !

Un havre de paix au Pays Catalan

Séjour très agréable dans une petite villa entourée de végétation méditérranéenne et avec la piscine des propriétaires à disposition, que demander de plus. Que ce soit pour les randonnées dans le massif des Albères ou une baignade dans les criques, nous avons trouvé le camp de base idéal.
