There is a big yard with private pool. If you don’t mind being in an old house, the price is really affordable.

Make sure to keep windows closed and door closed as some insects might enter the house. It’s florida and its known for that.

Be Ware

If you have super low standards then this is certainly the property for you. Communication with the owner was easy up until we had to check in to the home. In the beginning, I told him we would be getting into Miami late because we were coming from out of state. One flying one driving. The owner contacted me upset that we were not checked-in by a specific time. After we told him we were traveling from out of state. Very difficult to get him to just send the access code to home. We are educated adults who can follow instructions to enter a house. When you arrive at the house the curb appeal is awful. Bushes and plant overgrowth seem to take over the house. It looks rather abandoned if you ask me. The pictures are at angles so you can't really see all the questionable areas of the house. After inspecting the home for myself I deemed it to be a hazard. The Bathroom is disgusting and the tub needs to be replaced. Worms crawling up the drain in the bathtub. While waiting to find another place to stay a roach crawled out of the couch. Needless to say, we hightailed out of there. Had to drive around for 3 hrs looking for a hotel for the weekend.

The rest of your review is disappointing and not true. This is a simple property. It is not luxurious yet it is properly maintained and many guests love its simplicity. If you are looking for a fancy location, it might be best to book a hotel. Our prices are affordable and the location is unbeatable.

Humble home

The price is good for 3 bedrooms. The location is decent and quiet. We were on a guys trip for a 40th birthday so we were partying in the city or on the beach. But this was a good spot for a home base and crash at night.

Weekend trip

We came down for a festival and had to scramble last minute because our other accomodation canceled. This one isn't luxurious, but it is comfortable and homey. The beds are pretty comfortable and it is in an up and coming neighborhood.
