Thank you for the review. Glad everything was perfect and you loved your stay — and that the common area around the pool was well maintained. Mahalo for sharing your wonderful experience at our Maui retreat! We're delighted you enjoyed the pristine condition and stunning vistas. While the beach was temporarily impacted, we're glad our turtles made up for it with their frequent visits. Our convenient setting allows easy access to Maui's best spots. Thank you for your review and for recognizing the condo's cleanliness, updates, and outdoor space. We're glad our team could assist with parking accommodations when the assigned stall wasn't the best fit for your vehicle. Regarding the hot water, we checked the system after your stay and confirmed it was performing as expected. During testing, hot water remained available, though multiple showers in close succession can shorten the available supply until the system recovers. We work hard to provide clean, comfortable homes and prompt assistance whenever questions or concerns arise. If anything doesn't meet our high standards, we always encourage guests to let us know as soon as they arrive so we can help right away. We appreciate your stay, thank you for the positive rating, and we'd be happy to welcome you back to Maui anytime. -Albert M., Maui Paradise Properties 🌺

We appreciate you sharing your experience and for rating your stay. The parking area is positioned close to the building to maximize beachfront access, which can mean tighter spacing when occupancy is high, though it functions as intended. The property does offer direct beach entry, and like many parts of Maui, the terrain can vary with rocks and surf conditions, which is why safety signage is posted. Our standard is to keep communication clear and support guests with helpful guidance, including recommendations for nearby sandy swim spots. We hope to have the chance to host you again. -Albert M., Maui Paradise Properties 🌺
