It took me along time to collect - Hawaiian Ladies and an original Air Line Poster which is very rare. I know that you enjoyed my sunny condominium with its beautiful surrounding views. Kaanapali beach is very clean and world famous. Using the NEW dishwasher is a great experience. Beds are comfortable with ample sheets. Art work abounds. Televisions are new and have super clear pictures. I try my best. The new curtains were expensive but they give the condo a clean look for visitors' pleasure. Knowing that you will be back gives me a happy moment for future business. THANK YOU for you reservation and cleaning the apartment so well. Looking forward to your future visits and your business. Ocean View is spectacular!

We thoroughly enjoy our time in Maui and the condo we chose. Sitting on the patio at the end of the day with a cocktail and watching the surfers and the whales was just perfect. We had to call Peter for a minor issue and he had it done very quickly. Would recommend this condo for your stay.

Most beautiful view I have ever seen!!

The location is wonderful!! Close to shopping and beaches. Such a tropical feel to the property. Loved the pool and hot tub. Just walk out the door and you are on the soft sand!! Loved the condo. Everything was fabulous! Wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were super comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Loved our first time in Maui❤️🎄

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful condominium. The furniture was exquisite and very Hawaiian! Perfect location with a 270 degree view beyond words from the penthouse. The view and decor was amazing!

We had a wonderful time. The view is a once ina lifetime experience. We saw turtles, a shark and countless whales from the window. We also had a front row seat to over a dozen rainbows. The kitchen was well stocked and you can’t beat the location. The place overall is a bit dated but we knew that going into it reading reviews and picking it for the view and Hawaiian decor.

Wonderful location

Chose location for beach and walkability to Black Rock, Duke’s, etc. View obviously fantastic. Would have been nice to have some paper products/soap upon arrival. Cleaner wasn’t finished with property - brought our towels around 7, but we went to grocery store while she finished up. Lots of seating for having additional family over for dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Peter’s Kaanapali condo

We enjoyed the condo even though some parts of place were outdated. There was not much room in the master bedroom closet to hang clothes. We had to call the owner then ask at the front desk for maintenance one day to fix the front door lock. We appreciated the air conditioning, the beds were comfortable and the view was fantastic.

1st Maui Visit

Wow wow wow the views from this unit could not have been better even if you stayed at a 5 star resort. You had multiple amazing window views. The unit was amazing, but could have used some renovations. It is an amazing unit in a great location and right where you would want to be. Only downside (if there was one) is it was dated and could have used a renovation in furniture. If you can look past that, definitely a must rent unit. Communications were ok, but could have been faster response times

I responded within ten minutes He seems to be confusing me with someone Else. I am not his personal travel agent But I advised him on Maui’s many activities etc. I do not understand his review. He sent me , after he left my condo, a fake inquiry. With absurd Demands. I just renovated the kitchen with a huge Price tag . What his problems?

Shhhhhh Don't tell others!

We stayed at this rental for a week recently and had a fantastic time. The condo had everything we needed and the views were spectacular. We saw whales from our balcony most days. (granted it was whale season) The rental had everything we needed for excursions, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Location was ideal. Grocery store was right across the street and many great restaurants within walking distance. It is located a short ride away from Lahaina which was also idea. Great to hear the waves crashing each night from the balcony. Pool and hot tub are great. The beach directly in front of Mahana is rocky but a short walk toward the whaling village led to nice soft beach without rocks. All in all we loved it and would stay here again, but please don't tell your friends because we hope it is still available when we want to rent this place again.

With the advent of the Condo Renovation we are overly excited with the traveler's response. Need I say more... The condo was new, great , special VIEWS, a warm pool, all the comforts of home at their fingertips. I am sure that they will be back again. This Hawaiian designed Condo is the place to be for a SPECTACULAR VACATION for two or for a FULL Family. Many, many Thanks. There were beach chairs for the guests, pool-side service, a 24 hour supermarket across the street, ETC. LOOK what you and yours can look forward to: An art gallery. A fully stacked kitchen, a new dishwasher, AND SO FORTH. WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE ?.................

Beautiful view, problematic condo

Great location and view. There were boogie boards and beach chairs which was great. Cabinets and drawers are falling apart. One drawer was completely broken. Appliances fine. Only 3 teaspoons. Inadequate supply of paper towels, facial tissue and TP. No bar soap, no soap, shampoo or conditioner for the showers. Hand lotion, notepad and pen would have been nice, too. Also ran out of laundry detergent.

This is a sick and spiteful review because I could not accommodate a mother and baby. User of the condo supplies their own supplies. Supermarket is across the street. Advise is always given to purchase supplies at COSTCOs. I cannot supply a dedicated Baby Nursery with baby toiletries. I do not supply two weeks full of supples. Client wanted to have baby items deliveried directly into the Condo before she arrived which was out of the question. She must have been angry. She damaged many things. I would not rent to her again. This client should not be traveling with a baby. This lady is out of line completely. She kept secret the things she broke. A very dishonest person . I do not supply detergent for her stay. I have a cutlery set of twelve including 12 teaspoons. I do not supply baby cribs, bassinets, disposable diapers, baby lotion, play pens, etc. I do not supply two weeks supply of tissues, bar soap, laundry detergent, facial tissue, paper towels, baby shampoo, conditioner, and hand sanitizer, bar soap, etc. I do not have daily hotel service. There was no mention of this beautiful resort’s facilities. This resort/condo is not programmed for babies. Note paper and pen were supplied And she was told this..... This is a irresponsible Review. Please return my teaspoons.

Great view! Unit was totally misrepresented and in deplorable condition compared to its ad.

This unit is in run down and outdated condition. The owner claims of renovations and new items are false. This unit should not be allowed in your website as advertised. The kitchen is run down with cabinet doors coming apart and drawers that could fall on your feet. We stayed because it was habitable but not anything we would ever stay in if we had a choice after prepaying everything. VRBO HOMEAWAY and the owner should be embarrassed. All parties are guilty of misrepresentation.

A Very Confused Person. This a fake review. He is not specific. An unfair rating. This was a hasty booking, extremely unfair. VERY APPARENTLY, this person never read my ad. Unit was upgraded with new bedroom furniture and represented as such. We have new sofas and seating throughout, as well as new lighting, new mats, etc. Unit was left messy but acceptable. Many broken items, but I am overlooking them. We have a new BOSC Stainless Steel dishwasher, and represented it as such. This party is totally confused. His expectations are different than want he wanted. There is no misrepresentation accept in his view. We have a new shower stall which is very expensive and has to be imported to the island. We have an island decorated unit with an Hawaiian Theme. We do not offer what he is looking for. This person never called me and I never met him. Kitchen was renovated just before he came in. Pictures are worth a 1000 words. I have many happy people over the years, who come back over and over. This person should be embarrassed to write such terrible and inaccurate things. We do not offer brand new or a ultra modern condominium. This person should stay elsewhere for 6 times the amount paid, or buy their own condo and decorate it as they see fit.

Condo is Spacious. Please treat our condo with Respect. Antique Chinese Altar with antique mirror/ Antique Curio Cabinet/ Hawaiiana for the discerning Eye. We've a large matching set for 12 of Crazy Daisy/Spring Blossom Corelle Tableware with corelle extras. I hope my guests will enjoy them. Short walk to Farmer's Market; TIMES Supermarket/Mall across the street: 24 hours
. Next door FIVE STAR restaurant . All five to ten minute walk. Gyms next door to the right & left.
PLEASE NOTE:
Area between entrance doors to my unit is not part of the RENTAL AREA. This is for Beach Equipment/Storage/Footwear/Sand items.ETC. SEATING is ample for 8 or more guests. Separate Dining & Living Areas to accommodate Large Families. A NEW special boutique seating for two. Kitchen has modern major appliances, A NEWISH STAINLESS STEEL BOSCH DISHWASHER, and new small appliances. All under an island service contract.
If you overstay your departure time under any and all circumstances, which is 11AM, you lose your security deposit automatically or pay 1 Hotel Day plus taxes, whichever is greater.
If your plane leaves at 10 PM, you pay an extra day plus taxes and that is mandatory. Cleaning company must come in. Please note: Every year between 12/18-01/02 there is always a 2 week booking minimum for Christmas/Holiday.
