Very nice property yet it is located in a poor neighborhood with many homeless folks and low income apartment with several smokers gathered outside. If walking, then this becomes an inconvenience.

The property itself was amazing. However, the surrounding area was quite sketchy with homeless people and parking was a bit of a nightmare.

Great location to Downtown.

Stayed for one night plenty of space for the five of us. Walked around downtown and Riverfront park. We had no issues and would stay here again.

Cute apartment in Spokane

This was a very cute and clean place to stay. Only downside was the location didn't have good parking and a lot of homeless around.

Beautiful apartment close to everything, but that comes at the cost of being in the middle of the city. We loved the place...

Lovely apartment.

Close to riverfront so easy walking. Some street people were a bit sketchy.

It was great to be walking distance to everything downtown. The apartment was a great size and had everything we needed. It is in a part of town that had lots of unfortunate individuals but we travelled in a group and never had a problem.

Awesome

Great property, super clean, accurate description. The bedding and beds were excellent. While the area outside our unit was sketchy, we felt safe parking our car at the Davenport and walking in the area.

Property is in a great location in downtown Spokane. Walkable to just about anywhere. Being smack in the middle of downtown made it a little noisy at night, but the host offered sound machines to drown it out. Some homeless people in the area, but my family never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again.

Hip Loft Downtown

We really enjoyed our stay in one of the renovated loft rooms called Lilac3. Very comfortable and roomy beds, stylish fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen and a location close to everything downtown. Everything was sparkling clean and the kitchen had a full complement of cooking tools. Very pleasant experience!!!

The loft is definitely a 5. But the location was less than desirable, homelessness near by, etc., especially with grandkids in tow...

Beautiful Appartment

Beautiful, hi-end appartment with everything you need during your stay. We were there for a volleyball tournament and walked everywhere. I sure do wish Spokane would do something about the loitering and homeless but I felt completely safe and comfortable in the appartment. We had a great stay!

Cool City Loft

My family and I spent a week in Spokane and the loft was a great launching pad for our adventures. The space is modern with a great kitchen to gather in at the beginning and end of the day. It was perfect for a party of 5. Downtown Spokane is wonderful, Covid took some liveliness out of the city during our stay but there are many beautiful places to visit in the vicinity.
