Our stay was great. We only had a few small problems. We were not aware that our door was not relocking, this is not really on the host, we just assumed that when you put in the code and came in, the door relocked. The outside doors relocked on their own. Also, we never received any information on how to leave the rental when checking out, I contacted the host and VRBO, never got any instructions. Also nothing was said about where to put the garbage, we assumed the dumpster, so that is where we put it. The place was very clean and comfortable. There were five of us (all women}. Free parking was great; there were not too many places we went that we did not have to pay to park.

Very clean and spacious single floor condo unit. There were 4 adults and we had plenty of room to spread out and also gather in the kitchen and livingroom. Beds were very comfortable and unit equipped with everything tht we needed. Appreciated the k-cups for the keurig that the host provided :)

The property was nice. The unit was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The road it is on isn't too bad but the overall surrounding area must be treated with caution. Do NOT walk in this area.

Perfect home base in Spokane

I am also a little leery of staying in hotels or VRBOs. Not everyone cleans like I prefer. But this location was absolutely SPOTLESS! it was decorated so cute, the kitchen had almost everything you would need, even the coffee maker was filled with water and ready to go for us. It is downtown so that is what it is, but this property was perfect for me, my husband and my two teenagers. If we come back to Spokane, we will definitely stay here again.

Accomodations were exactly as depicted in VRBO website. Host responded immediately to our questions and was very accommodating. It was a great (and much more economical) alternative for a group of us than staying in separate hotel rooms while attending a convention. Check-in was flawless. Location was perfect.
