The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Remove all soiled, bedding, and towels. Place them in the bins located in the closet of the two larger bedrooms. Put the bins in the hall, and check drawers/cabinets for all personal items

Discard all food from the refrigerator. Remove the trash from the kitchen and place it in the trash receptacle outside. Turn off all lights, turn off the thermostat and lock the house up.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE! If you must smoke do it outside and DO NOT throw butts on the ground or you may be fine $150

This house has an entry code to unlock the door. I will text code within 48 hours of arrival; trash pickup is Thursday morning

Please put soiled laundry ( sheets, towels etc) in blue bin located in the master bedroom closet; Wash dishes but do not put them away;

Great property close to Shaw Air Force Base

The property was easy to get to, in a nice, fairly quiet neighborhood. The house itself was perfect for our family to stay. We were extremely comfortable and Patricia was wonderful in communicating.

Patricia's place was very clean and peaceful. We had everything that we needed for our stay and Patricia was available to answer the additional questions that I had for her. My family and I visited Sumter,SC on July 2025 for our family reunion. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood: It really felt like a home away from home: I enjoyed drinking coffee on the back porch in the morning. We reported a light bulb out and it was replaced the following morning. The owner was kind and has a home that is decorated very nice. I would return again.

A Beauty of the beaten path

We have a family in various states. We came to Sumter to celebrate our first grandchild. This home was perfect for the 4 of us to spend our mornings and evenings. The accommodations were spot on and we enjoyed this 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Wonderful for our needs as a family.
