Several rooms have direct access to the decks which provide great views and fresh air.

**Access to Ideal Beach is included with the rental. This includes access to the beach, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, playground, etc.

Includes two kayaks, paddle board, and a tandem bike for your use.

Spacious dining area with tables and bar for seating large groups. Open area living room on the main with gas fireplace and full length deck that overlooks the golf course. Downstairs features a family room with wood stove and a huge garage and storage area.

The spacious layout allows for large groups to spread out and have some privacy when desired, while the family rooms, dining area, and loft offer space to gather together for eating, games, etc. The firepit to the north and the large grass area to the south are great for family/group gatherings and games as well. For returning guests this is a change, we have purchased the lot to the north making the firepit available. The lot can also be used for parking.

There is a ping-pong table in the garage and a double shot basketball game. Lawn games, fishing gear, golf clubs, beach chairs, and more available in the garage.

Winter wonderland! Fantastic sledding hill out the back door. Snowmobile right from the house with quick access to the sinks area snowmobile trail system. Twenty minutes from Beaver Mt ski resort.
