Propriété proche de la mer avec grand jardin vue mer

Le petit mazet est située dans une propriété de 5 logements. Chacun a un espace extérieur ainsi qu'une place de parking. L'accès est très facile et sécurisé par un portail pour les logements et un autre portail pour le parking. Il y a un grand jardin commun arboré et fleuri avec la vue sur la mer. Un portillon au bout du jardin donne accès à un petit chemin menant à la plage. Les photos sont confromes à la location mais il y a même eu des améliorations au niveau de la terrasse qui est plus spacieuse sur du gazon synthétique. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La chambre en mezzanine comprend 3 lits simples et la chambre du bas 1 lit 2 places. Une piste cyclable et piéton à proximité permet de se promener sur plusieurs kilomètres du Lavandou à Cavalaire. Les propriétaires sont réactifs à la demande. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et pensons y retourner l'année prochaine!

près de la plage et de la route

positif: - proximité de la plage (200 m) - propre et bien équipé - propriétaires sympathiques et prêts à aider - jardin bien aménagé et complètement clos négatif: - le logement est situé juste en contrebas de la route de la côte et est donc bruyant (moins la nuit). - la salle de séjour est assez petite (heureusement, la terrasse est grande!). - pas de débarras ou placard pour mettre les affaires de plage ou les bagages vides

Gute Lage, fußläufig strandnah, echte 200 Meter, ohne Meerblick

Insgesamt sehr entspannter Urlaub mit absoluter Strandnähe und guter, schattiger Unterkunft. Auch ein spätes Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist gut möglich dank großem Sonnenschirm. Die Straße liegt wenige Meter seitlich aber deutlich oberhalb der Unterkunft und ist zwar besonders morgens hörbar befahren, Abends war es weniger befahren. Zwischen der Unterkunft und Strand ist keine Straße, Top! Die Unterkunft wurde kürzlich renoviert, neues Bad. WLAN war da, aber nicht schnell und hatte Ausfälle. Der Vermieter war gut per Whatsapp erreichbar und hat immer innerhalb kurzer Zeit reagiert, danke dafür! Das Grundstück ist mit einem Tor geschlossen, das ist ein sicheres Gefühl. Ich kann es empfehlen und würde wieder dorthin fahren. Zeitentfernungen in Stunden: Monaco 2,5-3,0, Nìzza 2-2,5, Cannes 1,5-2, Saint-Tropez knapp 1 Std. In den Sommerferien am besten 9.00 Uhr losfahren oder 13.00 Uhr. 11.00 Uhr ist es immer sehr voll und ab 16.30-19.00 Uhr auch ( Strandpendler...). Ich kann es empfehlen und würde wieder dorthin fahren.
