Brynteg sits within the lovely village of Llwyngwril in the Snowdonia National Park. This dormer bungalow sleeps six and has three bedrooms and is near to village amenities and the beach.
Mainly ground floor with a seaview at the front and mountains at thSituated in the pretty village of Llwyngwril within the Snowdonia National Park is Brynteg. This welcoming dormer bungalow is light and airy and has an excellent living room, fitted kitchen with dining area and bathroom. Brynteg sleeps six and has three bedrooms - one first floor double with dressing area, another double and one twin. After a busy day exploring the area, you can dine and relax in the front lawned garden and the large rear lawned garden. Just three minutes' walk away are Llwyngwril's amenities and the beach is only five minutes' walk away. Brynteg is perfect for families and friends and the bungalow is in a perfect location for visiting many villages and towns and is within easy reach of many delightful walks and excellent beaches.
Amenities: Oil central heating with electric fires. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, video, DVD, stereo/CD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front lawned garden, plus large rear lawned garden with picnic table and hillside views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub, tea room and shop 3 mins walk. A new farm shop Hendre Hall has been opened only 50 yards from the property, which boasts a cafe and also a wide range of local produce for sale - from bread, cakes and pies to meat and other produce. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Although this is a no pet property, the owner's dog has previously been in the property, and as such, it may not be completely free of pet traces. Note: No Stag, Hen or similar. Note: Towels and tea towels are not provided at this property

A trip from Fairbourne, which has a stunning two mile sandy beach to the popular town of Barmouth on the narrow gauge railway is essential. The market town of Dolgellau, seaside village of Aberdovey and the magnificent Harlech Castle are all nearby.
