Poppy Cottage is a stone built, terraced barn conversion, located in the centre of the Dales village of Horton-in-Ribblesdale. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms - one double, one twin and one first floor sitting room with double sofabed. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC, and the open plan living area consists of a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a small sitting area to the front, part of a courtyard. With wonderful walking and scenery to enjoy on the doorstep, and lovely towns and villages to explore within easy reach, Poppy Cottage makes a great base for a break in the Dales.
Amenities: Electric storage heaters with additional heating from open fire in sitting area. Electric cooker, microwave, slow cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for open fire supplied on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Small sitting area to front of property (part of a courtyard). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 6 miles. Pub 3 mins walk.
