Set in a quiet village setting along the Dales Way in Upper Wharfedale, and within walking distance of the beautiful Dales villages of Appletreewick, Burnsall and Grassington.. Ground Floor:

Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack.. Large, enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Set in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this semi-detached former barn has been sympathetically converted and is now an outstanding property. Tastefully converted, it combines character and charm and is carefully co-ordinated together with all the modern conveniences of present day living. Centrally placed in the village and within easy walking distance of the local pub, it makes for an ideal home from which to either walk, cycle or tour the Yorkshire Dales. Nearby Grassington is famous for it’s Dickensian Festival around Christmas and its Summer Arts Festival which plays host to famous bands, actors and poets. Studley Royal, a National Trust property, is approximately 10 miles away and the famous Spa town of Harrogate is 22 miles, where you will find a vast array of individual shops together with all the famous chain stores. Take time to have afternoon tea at Betty’s Tea Room, alternatively a good afternoon tea is served at the Devonshire Arms in Bolton Abbey. The market town of Skipton with it’s wide sweeping high street, together with boat trips along the canal, an indoor swimming pool and golf course is just 11 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
