This terraced cottage is set in the village of Penmachno in the Snowdonia National Park sleeping six people in three bedrooms.
3 Tyn Y Mynydd is a stone-built terraced cottage situated in the small village of Penmachno, four miles from the popular town of Betws-y-Coed. This cottage sleeps six people and has three bedrooms consisting of two doubles, one of which has a shower and a bunk bedroom, as well as a family ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with multi-fuel stove. Outside, this cottage has roadside parking and front and rear patio areas. 3 Tyn Y Mynydd is an ideal family holiday home at any time of year.
Amenities: LPG central heating with additional heating from multi-fuel stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio, selection of games and books. Fuel, power and starter pack for multi-fuel stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and two stairgates. Roadside parking. Bike storage. Front lawned area with patio and furniture. Rear enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 5 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: This property is accessed via a front communal path. Note: This property sleeps a maximum of 4 people.
