Large and very comfortable villa, with no overlooking neighbours, rated 4 stars, of 178m² on a plot of 1000m² with a heated swimming pool of 8m x 4m from April to October. The pool heating dates may vary depending on the weather.

Resolutely oriented towards high-end with furniture and high-quality supplies, the property also has the advantage of discretion. Separate kitchen with a dishwasher, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites, it is decorated with taste and personality. In total therefore 3 shower rooms and 3 toilets of which 2 are independent.

Halfway between the town (1.2km) and the sea (900m), it is ideally located for peaceful family holidays, and will allow those who wish to enjoy the surrounding entertainment without major travel.

A set of very nice amenities which remains rare on Oléron. Not to be missed. 1 filter coffee maker and 1 Dolce Gusto type coffee maker at your disposal. The cleaning package includes linen rental and beds made on arrival.

Internet connection ok. Secure parking.

The pool is equipped with a fence (installed on request) in addition to the alarm.
