Great For A Short Break

Nice typical ex fisherman’s cottage but fine for us as a couple. Less able people might want to note traditional steep wooden stairs but bedrooms, beds and linen all very good quality and comfortable. Well presented overall and nice hosts who very quickly responded to a problem with microwave. Fecamp is a great place and base for exploring the area with great coastal walks and towns.

Fécamp ist ein sehr schöner Ort, nicht so touristisch wie Étretat. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig, nah zum Strand und zum Ort. Auch die Bushaltestelle liegt in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Allerdings ist es schwierig, einen nah gelegenen Parkplatz zu finden.Der Check-In verlief sehr ungünstig. Nachdem wir keinen Parkplatz bekamen und nur mit Mühe das Gepäck zum Haus transportieren konnten, war der Code des Vermieters zum Safe des Schlüssels falsch. Als wir den Vermieter telefonisch erreichten, nannte dieser den korrekten Code, äußerte aber kein Bedauern. Ungewohnt war dann auch im Anschluss, dass es keinerlei Willkommenszeichen gab (Gruß, Präsent).Die Schlafzimmer unterscheiden sich sehr in ihrer Größe. Das Zimmer im ersten Stock ist sehr klein. Zwischen Bett und Wand ist nur wenig Platz. Da sich hier auch noch ein Heizkörper befindet, stieß man sich regelmäßig, wenn man zum Schrank wollte. Das Bett ist gut. Das andere Schlafzimmer ist deutlich größer. Das Bad ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, für 4 Personen allerdings recht klein. Die Küche ist von den Geräten her gut eingerichtet. Besteck, Gläser und Geschirr sind nur in geringen Anzahlen vorhanden. Insgesamt ist das Haus unsauber. Verglichen mit allen vorherigen Ferienunterkünften fällt dies deutlich negativ ins Gewicht. Die Vermieter trafen wir nicht, hörten auch nichts von ihnen. Sie reagierten jedoch umgehend auf Nachfragen. Der kleine Garten bietet die Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen oder Wäsche aufzuhängen.

Nous sommes désolés que ce logement n'est pas répondu correctement à vos attente. Néanmoins nous avons toujours répondu à vos demandes. Nous sommes surpris que vous ayez trouver impropre ce logement alors que c'est un critère sur lequel nous avons toujours eu une bonne note. Conformément à notre annonce, nous n'avons pas de place de parking réservé mais le stationnement dans la ville est gratuit contrairement aux autres stations balnéaires de la région. Nous avons également été surpris d'apprendre que vous étiez 4 personnes dans le logement alors que la réservation était pour 2 personnes . Il aurait été correcte de nous prévenir même si nous comprenons que cela vous a fait économiser la taxe de séjour.

etwas versteckt aber mitten im Ort. Ruhig und mit schöner Terrasse und Platz für zwei Räder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Fecamp ist ein guter Ort auch für Radtouren quasi entlang der Küste. Die Vermieter haben viele auch aktuelle Infos zu Unternehmungen ausgelegt. Danke, es waren schöne Tage. A&J

Appartement sur 2 étages (attention, escalier un peu raide) agréable, propre. Proche des commerces se situant au port (10 minutes à pied), proche de la mer (5 minutes à pied). L'appartement est situé dans une ruelle calme. La voiture est garée dans la rue parallèle.

Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Fécamp verbracht. Von den Vermietern Pascale und wurden wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Durch die gute Lage ist es nicht weit zum Hafen und Strand mit seiner Promenade, auch das Zentrum ist gut per Fuß zu erreichen. Von hier aus haben wir viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung gestartet, sowohl entlang der Küste als auch landeinwärts. Da es schon Nebensaison gewesen ist, waren die Restaurants nicht mehr täglich geöffnet, aber dennoch findet sich immer ein gutes Plätzchen.

Maison typique, bien aménagée et confortable, bien située pour visiter la ville à pieds. Il faut savoir que les escaliers menant aux étages sont assez étroits et raides, et ne conviennent pas à tout le monde.
