This upside down property is on a working farm near Newbiggin on Lune and sleeps four people in one bedroom.
Hayloft Cottage is an upside down cottage on a working farm in Newbiggin-on-Lune. There is one ground floor bedroom which can be offered with two king-size doubles, a double and two singles or four singles. The bathroom is on the ground floor too. Upstairs is an open plan living area. Outside is off road parking, a patio and shared grounds with play area. Hayloft Cottage is a good base for trekking up the fells or exploring the Dales or Lakes.
Amenities: Biomass central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private patio area with furniture and BBQ. Shared paddock with children's play area. One well behaved dog welcome, Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs 2 miles. Note: Washing and drying facility available through owner.
