The Old Bothy is a semi-detached cottage, on a working dairy farm, near the village of Bolton Low Houses, near Wigton in Cumbria. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double and one twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. The Old Bothy is a great base for exploring the Lake District National Park, the many towns nearby, and even southern Scotland.
Amenities: Eco-friendly electric central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 8 mins walk. Note: As property is on a working farm, children should be supervised at all times. Note: The owner has dogs. Note: There are steps leading up from the patio/parking area to the property.
