Holiday home of 65 m2 located in gourmalon in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Capacity: 4 people.

300 m from the beach, the spring and the thalassotherapy.
700 m from the old port, shops and train station.
Enclosed garden not overlooked.
Private parking.

Description of the rental

Very bright south-facing living room with television.
Fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine.
Two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds.
For small children:
Travel cot with sheets.
Booster seat.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Second separate toilet.
Dining room table six people overlooking the terrace and garden.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Shaded arbour with garden furniture.
Sunbeds and barbecue are at your disposal.
The old port is an 8-minute walk away, the beach, the customs officers' path and the thalassotherapy centre are 5 minutes away.
Supermarket and bakery nearby. (10mn walk)

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit vakantiehuis in Pornic. Het huis was zeer schoon, uitstekend verzorgd en werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen vakantie is aanwezig.De ligging is bovendien prima: in een rustige en aangename buurt, op loopafstand van de oceaan.Wat ons verblijf extra bijzonder maakte, was de buitengewoon sympathieke en gastvrije eigenaar. We voelden ons vanaf het eerste moment welkom en werden hartelijk ontvangen. Zijn vriendelijkheid en persoonlijke aandacht hebben echt bijgedragen aan een fijne vakantie.Kortom: een zeer compleet, schoon en comfortabel vakantiehuis op een rustige locatie, met een bijzonder vriendelijke eigenaar. Een absolute aanrader!

Gemütliches, gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Fußnah zu einem kleinen Strand sowie zum Zöllnerpfad oder ins Zentrum. Wir haben unser Auto eine Woche nicht benutzt und alles zu Fuß oder mit Rädern unternommen.

Maison très agréable à vivre, bien équipée, très au calme; très bon accueil. La petite plage à deux pas, les commerces alentours. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et envisageons même d'y revenir si nous en avons l'occasion.

Séjour réussi à Pornic

Maison très confortable , de plain-pied avec un jardin très agréable ,le quartier est extrêmement tranquille ,la plage de la source ainsi que la crêperie sont à 5 minutes à pied, et 10 minutes pour les autres commerces.

Très bel emplacement

Nous sommes venus pour une semaine avec notre petit fils. La maison est vraiment tres bien située, au calme qyartier residentiel, à 5mn à pieds de la mer et 30mn du centre ville par me chemin des douaniers. Une maison très propre, bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Durant les quelques journées de fortes chaleurs c etait un plaisir de rentrer dans une maison bien isolée avev juste un peu de fraicheur. Nous avons apprécié l espace ombragé au fond du jardin. Nous y reviendrons tres certainement !

Séjour à Pornic

Accueil plus que cordial du propriétaire. Maison très propre, avec tout le confort, dans un quartier très tranquille. Rien ne manque ce qui est rare, pas même un essuie mains. Lionel le propriétaire, est d'une extrême gentillesse. Merci encore de nous avoir raccompagnés à la gare.

Location très agréable. Ancienne maison de la mère du propriétaire avec encore certains éléments du mobilier. C’est une maison qui « a une âme ».
