Mini-Villa in Southern Corsica: Residence with Pool, Terrace, and Shady Garden

Villa located in a holiday residence 200 metres from the village of Serra-di-Ferro between sea and mountains.<br>The residence is equipped with a heated swimming pool according to the season with deckchairs, a mini golf course, children's playground, petanque court, all on a vast wooded and shaded plot with a dominant view of the magnificent bay of Cupabia. The latter is accessible on foot by a mule track in 30 minutes.<br>The villa has a travertine and wood terrace, a garden where you can enjoy the shade of the olive tree.<br>It is composed of a large living room with living room and American kitchen, a cabin area with bunk beds, a bedroom and a bathroom.<br>Serra di Ferro is an ideal starting point for visiting the south of Corsica.<br>Ajaccio is an hour away, Bonifacio an hour and a half and Porto Vecchio an hour and forty minutes.

Toll eingerichtete Wohnung, vor allem eine sehr praktikable Kücheneinrichtung! Schöne Terrasse, schönes Außengelände! Jeden Morgen kommt ein Bäcker (7:45 bis 8:15) direkt an den Eingang der Ferienanlage. Direkter Fußweg zur wunderschönen Bucht von Cupabia (20-30min)!

Schöne, praktisch und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit toller Terrasse. Schöne Anlage mit großem Pool und Minigolfanlage. Wunderschöne Umgebung. Sehr netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Gastgeber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollem Umfang genossen und würden sofort wieder hingehen!

Agréable

Logement dans résidence avec piscine. Nous avons passé deux semaines dans ce logement bien équipé et propre. Le propriétaire répond rapidement à nos interrogations. Il y a un accès à la plage de Cupabia mais il faut compter 30 min de marche. Je recommande, le village est aussi très mimi mais pas trop de commodité autour, il faut faire 15 min de voiture pour aller faire 2-3 courses mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de nos vacances

Kleine nette Unterkunft

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der kleinen, nett eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Unterkunft. Das Aufklappen des Schlafsofas funktioniert unkompliziert und man kann gut darauf schlafen. Auf der Terasse konnte man schön sitzen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief unkompliziert und wir erhielten immer sehr zügig Rückmeldung zu unseren Fragen. Die Residenz liegt sehr weit oberhalb des Meeres. Zum Einkaufen und zum Meer muss man mit dem Auto fahren.
