Maison bien située avec toutes commodités. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter de la piscine verte durant les 15 jours.

Une semaine à Sampzon

Un très bon emplacement pour passer d'agréables vacances en Ardèche. Concernant le logement, le salon et les chambres sont agreables et confortables. La salle de bain et la cuisine mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Concernant, l'équipement extérieur, à disposion un grand trampoline et un grand jardin, très appréciable avec des enfants. Le jardin mériterai d'être clôturé afin d'être plus sereins avec des enfants et animaux, la route étant passante. La piscine est hors sol, son entretien est à améliorer malgré les efforts de la propriétaire et de la conciergerie. Nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser pendant 3 jours durant notre semaine (pompe sous dimensionnée et absence de système de nettoyage en profondeur). La conciergerie est très réactive que ce soit lors de nos appels ou SMS.
