Very large living room with beautiful open kitchen fully equipped to prepare your meals as at home. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace equipped with a garden furniture overlooking the typical and colorful buildings of the old town. An office area is set up in the living room. On the night side, two beautiful bedrooms on courtyard, one with bed 180 x 200 cm (King Size) , the other with bed 160 x 200 cm (King Size) and loggia access. Possibility of cot. Possibility of double bed in the living room, sofa bed with bed 160 x 200 cm (King Size) with real mattress. (The roller shutter in the living room is no longer functional, however, curtains allow the light to be obscured). All bedding is new and has been carefully chosen for its quality. Very nice bathroom with large shower and separate toilet.
Accommodation accessible by elevator (access after 3 steps).
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
The accommodation is on the 2nd floor with elevator.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).
🅿️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and Sunday) or at the underground car parks Hôtel de Ville or Bonlieu.

We had a lovely stay here in Annecy. The location was wonderful. The host was responsive and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable, the place was well-appointed and the terrace was a lovely feature. Would stay here again!

Charmant apartment
The stay was great. Apartment is centrally located, so you can reach everything in a few minutes on foot.
Loved Annecy, beautiful place to visit. This apartment was fantastic, plenty of room for 4 adults. Made use of the balcony which got the sun in the afternoon. Easy access with lift too. Very clean. Location was spot on, within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants, lake. Would stay here again

Super emplacement!
Nous avonss eu un très beau séjour à Annecy au début Octobre et notre sejour fut en partie réussi grâce à notre logement. L’emplacement était tout simplement excellent; près de tout, à quelques pas du lac ainsi que du vieux Annecy et de nombreux restaurants.
Le logement dispose de 2 grandes chambres, une cuisine très bien équipée et d’un balcon que nous avons trouvé très utile et agréable. Aspect négatif est le fait que des travaux de rénovation sont présentement en cours et c’est la vue que nous avons mais le tout devrait être réglé prochainement.

Parfait
L’appartement est très beau, spacieux avec une jolie terrasse, il est parfaitement situé en centre-ville tout y est facile d’accès. Le parking de la poste est à 5 min et offre des forfaits pour plusieurs jours très avantageux.

Bel appartement moderne
Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Annecy. Il ne manque rien, et la literie est super confortable!! La communication et l'accueil sont parfaits, nous avons eu de bons conseils.
Pour ce qui est de la voiture, je conseille le parking de Bonlieu à 6mn à pieds. Pour plusieurs jours vous devrez prendre un abonnement directement au parking

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement rénové, spacieux, très bien situé. Proche de la gare, du centre ville, des commerces.

L’appartement est très sympathique, avec une décoration soignée, il est bien aménagé et surtout un emplacement central . Malheureusement nous avions trois appartements autour de nous en travaux et donc notre séjour a été assez bruyant dès 8hs30 le matin .

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré le bruit lié à des travaux dans l’immeuble. Appartement très bien situé, chaleureux et moderne, de plus conforme aux photos. Nous nous y sommes senti comme chez nous! Très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée.
