Outside there is ample off road parking and a private patio with furniture. Sealladh an Locha Cottage is a wonderful holiday base.

Short but sweet

Beautifully clean and cozy located near a loch. Close to Portree for convenience but sufficiently secluded. Wonderful launch place for both the northern sights of Skye and Dunvegan. Don’t miss the coastal drive to Staffin and take your wet weather gear.

North Londoners in Skye

We had the most amazing holiday in your cottage in Skye . Beautiful setting , fantastic cottage everything you could need . So comfortable and really a home from home . Kitchen had everything you needed and when the oven stopped working low and behold a new oven appeared the next day . Skye was unbelievable we loved it . We were so sorry to leave it . Hope to get back one day and would definitely stay at this cottage again . Thank you to the owners for everything.

Clean, comfortable cottage

This cottage looks as though it has been freshly painted and refurbished to a high standard. The lounge is very comfortable and would easily sit 4 adults (we were only 2). The location is convenient to Portree and about 30 minutes to the Uig ferry. Centrally located to be able to reach all of Skye within a reasonable drive. Many restaurants are in the area, but reservations are generally recommended. We especially liked the restaurant in the Skeabost Hotel which is only about a 5 minute drive. Our host was very helpful, even coming to rescue us when we got lost finding the cottage on the day of arrival.
