The apartment also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for one car and shared use of an enclosed lawned garden. The Slipway is an excellent base for a couple or small family with all the delights of Cornwall within driving distance.

The South West coast path passes through Penzance and winds its way along the cliff tops towards Land’s End, plus the open air Minack Theatre and Gwennap Head are close by.
