Lowenna is located close to one of Penzance's most talked about streets, Chapel St. It's an area full character buildings, great shops, galleries and restaurants and a short walk from the sea front.
This two bedroom modern home is a perfect base to explore the local area. With St Michael's Mount, Porthcurno, Sennen and Mousehole all within easy reach you'll have no shortage of places to explore. St Ives is a 20 minute drive away.
Lowenna is a contemporary home in the heart of Penzance.
Enter via the front door into a hallway, adjacent is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The Living area has a large L shaped leather sofa, TV and Amazon Echo Dot so you can relax and unwind. The dining area seats four and you'll find a well equipped kitchen to the rear.
In the kitchen you'll find an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer and plenty of crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.
Head on upstairs and there is a master bedroom with double bed, TV and DVD and plenty of storage.
The twin room has two single beds and again storage. Bedding and towels are provided.
The bathroom has a large bath with overhead shower, basin and WC.

We're a small local team dedicated to make your stay work. We may knock on to say hello but we're always here to assist if you need us. We know the local area very well and will happily point you in the right directions.
You'll be located in a really great part of town. Chapel Street has lots of galleries, shops and restaurants that are worth a look. The butchers is nearby and the other main shopping streets of Penzance are a few minutes walk away.
The Honey Pot, The Cornish Hen and The Bakehouse are all worth heading to. The butchers is really good and serves great pasties.
The Admiral Benbow is a historic pub on chapel street.
A 3-5 minute walk away is the harbourfront and promenade including the Jubilee Pool with it's year round geothermal pool. Well worth a visit and the cafe is really good for a swimming pool to.
The property doesn't include car parking so if arriving by car you'll need to use on street car parking which is free nearby but there are some restricted areas or head to one of the public car parks.
If arriving by train we're only a 5-10 minute walk away and you'll find the area well served by buses for getting to the likes of Lands End, Mousehole, Sennen and St Ives.
