This cottage sleeps up to three people and has a double bedroom, a children's Z bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and electric fire. Outside, there's off road parking for two cars, a shared lawned garden and a private gravelled area with furniture and barbecue. Flint Cottage is an ideal romantic base with plenty to keep you and your loved one entertained during your holiday in Norfolk.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Childs Z bed, travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 1 car, plus additional covered parking for 1 small car. Shared lawned garden with private gravelled area with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: This property has steep stairs. Note: Please bring own dog bedding and dogs to be kept downstairs, off furniture and on a lead whist in the garden. Note: Property is on a main road, therefore some associated noise may be heard at peak times. Note: There is a locked and sound-proofed door in the bedroom which links to the neighbouring property. Note, sorry no e-bikes or e-scooters allowed inside the property and no charging of these items on the premises. No charging of re-chargeable vapes overnight and not to be charged whist unattended by guests. Please note: This property comes with a good housekeeping bond of £200.
