Family fun at Lake Windermere
Lodge was clean comfortable and an ideal base from which to do all our activities: kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, walking, cycling, photography and pleasant evening strolls down to the lake to feed swans and ducks. Restaurants a 10 minute walk away. All three of our kids loved this holiday. We had typical mixed bag of weather and even managed Go Ape in the rain, this added to the excitement! All of us agreed this was our favourite English holiday.
