Perfect location. Charming cottage

Clean property with comfortable beds and a lovely patio. Good communication for my questions about how certain things worked. Easy walk to restaurants and waterfront. A very good grocery store within 5 minute drive. For our trip to the 80th anniversary of DDay at Utah Beach this was a short pretty uncrowded drive We would stay again. Thank you.

Home from Home in St Vaast

Our first impression was one of complete satisfaction. Well set up kitchen, comfortable lounge with lovely garden view. Spacious bedrooms at first floor level with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Compact bathroom with a good shower. NB. The shower head fixing needs attention. The real bonus, particularly for a couple of 80 year old plus travellers, though not mentioned in the advertising detail was the 2nd Loo on the ground floor! St Vaast as a town and harbour was very interesting with several good restaurants and a brilliant Saturday market. All in all, a very good holiday and an excellent stay in Rue des Champs. Thankyou so much.

Les touristes et la mer.

Echo hivernal: temps doux mais venteux et pluvieux. En dépit du ciel bas et menaçant, cela a été un régal de loger dans une petite maison de pêcheur (bien aménagée), où entre repas coquillages et crustacés, promenades en bordure des parcs à huîtres, et la flambée du soir, tisanes et charentaises, nous avons passé un sympathique Noël.

Perfect seaside stay

The property was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a great stay. The location was very good. 3-4 minute walk to the sea and harbour and the road was very quiet. Parking although not at the house was just 20 metres away so again very convenient. A great place to stay.

Gîte complet très bien agencé. Un petit bémol. Il n’y avait pas de quoi alimenter la cheminée. Le jardin est superbe. A faire aux beaux jours.
