Typical Breton penty of 90m2 located in a stone hamlet surrounded by unspoilt countryside, in the land of Standing Stones: "Men Zao", 1.5 kms from the large sandy beaches of Tregunc. <br>The farmhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fireplace. Kitchen and bathroom redone in April 2023. <br>Its cosy atmosphere will seduce you. A 400 m2 garden will allow you to enjoy the outdoors, a plancha is at your disposal to grill the fresh fish brought back from the auction! Authenticity, calm and charm will be the key words of your stay in South Finistère!<br><br>Concarneau and Pont-Aven are only 10 minutes from the house. The beaches are exposed facing the Glénan archipelago (Pointe de la Jument, Plage de la Baleine, Trévignon and its small port) at the entrance to the bay of Port la Forêt which is home to the offshore racing centre which has carried several Vendée Globe winners.<br><br>Here are the spots not to be missed during your stay: <br>- Concarneau and its walled city <br>- Pont Aven and its museum <br>- a dinner in Kerdruc along the Aven<br>- the sunset in Trevignon <br>- a boat trip to the Glenan <br>- The rental of a small motorboat in Port Manech to go up the Aven to Pont Aven <br>- the Vendée Globe imocas in Port la Forêt <br>- an aperitif at sunset on the beaches of Tregunc<br><br>Welcome to our home!

gemütliches, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. In der modernen Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Das untere Schlafzimmer hat eine eigene Dusche. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit hier verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und flexibel hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert.

maison mitoyenne non précisée sur l"annonce ;cuisine peu équipée (frigo dont la porte ferme mal, pas de congélateur;poeles en mauvais état; aucun robot de cuisine,)chambres spartiates trop bas de plafond, pas de garde corps aux fenêtres donc à éviter avec des enfants

Bonjour, je suis surprise d’un tel commentaire public après avoir discuté de tous ces points avec madame Ribeyron, cette dernière m’ayant confirmé que la maison était très confortable! . Pour compléter vos remarques , les fenêtres de l’étage se verrouillent à clé et les voyageurs avec enfants sont bien évidemment informés de ce point . La maison se louant à la semaine nous n’avons jamais jusqu’alors eu la demande d’un congélateur et encore moins celle d’un robot ! En Bretagne nous sommes plutôt sur un mode poissons frais grillé à la plancha! (le frigo comporte quand même un espace freezer et dans la liste des équipements ne sont ni cités un congélateur ni un robot) La cuisine n’a jamais fait l’objet de mauvais commentaire et pour information uniquement devrait être refaite pour l’été prochain. Les chambres font 20m2, et certaines d’entre elles se trouvent en sous pente s’agissant d’une longere ( cf photos ) . Dernier point concernant la mitoyenneté il est bien précisé qu’il s’agit d’une maison dans un hameau de pierre .

Très bon séjour.

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, la maison proche des plages a beaucoup de cachet. Intérieur très cosy et jardin agréable à vivre.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un temps vraiment agréable. Grâce aux renseignements de Cathy on a fait des expériences exceptionnelles. La communication était très bien. On se sentait bien. La maison est bon pour faire des excursions partout. Les commerces ne sont pas loins. Et des plages superbes non plus. Merci beaucoup et peut-être à bientôt.

très beau gîte bien situé

Calme, confortable, bien équipé, aménagé avec goût, petit jardin et terrasse permettant de vivre dehors par beau temps. Bien situé assez proche des plages et accès facile aux commerces de Trégunc. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire.
